Sacagawea: Tiger Kitty

The other night I had a nightmare.  I dreamt that Reed and I went to Lacey (a nearby town) and Saccy (my cat) was in the car with us.  As we got out at a store, she jumped out of the car and ran off.  This behavior is totally not her personality.  Anyway, I freaked out and was searching for her everywhere.  All this time Reed's all like "she's just a cat...if she makes it back then fine but if she doesn't, oh well" and I was really peeved because she's been my cat for 17 years and I felt sadness and panic because she was missing.  The whole dream went on like that with me searching for Saccy and everybody making fun of me for trying to find a 'dumb cat'.

So today I told Reed about the dream and he goes "I would definitely help you search for Saccy for as long as it took and if we were unsuccessful in finding her then I'd help you create a storyline for our blog about the white tiger cat lost in the urban jungle of Lacey and her adventures".  I laughed and felt a lot better from my nightmare.  All the same though, I had to go drive to my mom's house to make sure Saccy was okay.  And she is.  Yay!  :-)

Nourishment

Last night's dinner was so delicious and easy that I figured it had to be shared.  I followed the recipe 100% with the exception of the fact that I didn't have penne pasta so I just used macaroni.

1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix (found in any grocery store where the packets of mixes are found)
2 cups uncooked medium pasta
1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken boobs, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1.5 cups water
1 can (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained

Place pasta, chicken and 1 cup of the cheese in 13x9 inch baking dish.

Mix water, seasoning mix and tomatoes until well blended.  Pour over pasta and chicken.  Stir to coat well, making sure most of the pasta is covered with sauce.  Cover with foil.

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.  Remove foil and stir.  Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese.  Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.  Let stand 5 minutes.

Serve with style!

Yummmm!
