Here at the Jacobsen household we love pizza. That Italian now American-ized pie is part of our history and we are always looking for excuses to eat pizza. So, today I was making our usual grilled sandwiches and opened the fridge. Right next to the lunch-meat was pepperoni and I thought "hmmm, that might be yummy on a sandwich". So I placed strips of mozzarella on wheat bread and topped the concoction with pepperoni. We dipped the completed sandwich in marinara sauce and Reed liked it a lot! I like cooking for Reed! :-)

Pizza Panini
Here at the Jacobsen household we love pizza. That Italian now American-ized pie is part of our history and we are always looking for excuses to eat pizza.
